Taking power efficiency to the max.

One of the outstanding features of Mobile Pro Systems surveillance trailers is the automated hybrid power platform that manages power for maximum efficiency. Top performing batteries deliver electrical power to the entire system including cameras, devices, mast and other hardware. The hybrid platform intelligently leverages different power sources to keep the batteries charged at optimal levels.
When the batteries need to recharge, an embedded generator starts, runs only as long as necessary to charge the batteries, and then shuts off. This fine-tuned process conserves generator fuel and allows a trailer to operate for a much longer period of time than would ordinarily be possible. With a diesel generator, fuel can last even longer and further extend run time by 25% to 30% compared to a gasoline generator.
If solar panels are added to the mix, the batteries will draw electricity created by the panels first and only use the generator in the event sunlight is not available. In regions where sunlight is particularly strong, a trailer can operate unattended for many more weeks. For situations where a trailer is deployed near a local power source, the unit can also tap into an electrical outlet using a locked cover. If the local power is disrupted for any reason, the generator will act as a backup power source to keep the batteries charged.
