FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Saint Paul, MN— January 29, 2026 — Mobile Pro Systems, a provider of mobile surveillance platforms designed for remote and dynamic security environments, announced today that Colin DePree has joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
DePree joins Mobile Pro Systems as organizations across North America reassess how they secure temporary, remote, and rapidly changing environments. Increasing demand for flexible deployment, system reliability, and operational continuity has accelerated adoption of mobile and distributed surveillance solutions alongside traditional fixed infrastructure.
“Colin’s leadership comes at a critical moment for the security industry,” said Sam Rosen, CEO of Mobile Pro Systems. “As organizations face more dynamic environments and higher expectations for reliability, Colin brings a strong combination of technical understanding, customer perspective, and ecosystem-driven thinking. His ability to align teams, partners, and customers around real-world outcomes will be an important part of our continued growth.”
DePree brings experience spanning sales, technical support, and go-to-market leadership within the security and surveillance sector. Early in his career, his perspective was shaped by working directly with end users responsible for protecting assets, personnel, and business continuity.
“Security systems carry real responsibility,” said DePree. “Working directly with customers in high-pressure situations made it clear how critical reliable surveillance is—not just for asset protection, but for safety and operational resilience. That experience continues to inform how I think about leadership, partnerships, and solution design.”
In his role, DePree will focus on strengthening customer engagement, expanding partner relationships, and aligning sales and marketing strategy with the practical needs of integrators, operators, and end users. He emphasizes that mobile surveillance is most effective when deployed as a complement to fixed infrastructure.
“Fixed systems provide an essential baseline, but environments change,” DePree said. “Projects move, inventory shifts, and temporary sites emerge. The ability to deploy mobile surveillance quickly—without major infrastructure investment—is now a requirement for maintaining consistent coverage and operational flexibility.”
DePree is also a proponent of collaborative security ecosystems, including close coordination with integrators, agencies, and operators to improve deployment outcomes and long-term performance.
“Strong partnerships help ensure solutions are deployed correctly, maintained reliably, and aligned with real-world use cases,” he added. “When the focus stays on solving the problem, everyone benefits.”
