West St. Paul had a lot to prepare for as they got ready for Explore West St. Paul Days that ran from June 6 to 9, 2024. One of their first tasks was to set up their Commander 3400 surveillance platform in a large parking lot that would soon be filled with vendor tables and food trucks. The central location of the Commander 3400 put security surveillance high above the crowds with enough range to cover the concert tent and nearby pavilion.
